Sketchbook / notebook / album Stecak
The newest addition to the Studio Tisa mythological collection is this album featuring a goddess and Tree of Life design, inspired by the ancient tombstones of stećak. Alongside these central motifs, the piece incorporates other symbols and elements drawn from nature—rosettes, solar wheels, and the vibrant plant world surrounding us. Spirals, representing the cycle of birth and the immortality of life, appear as both double and triple forms. The triple spiral has long been associated with the mother goddess but also symbolizes water, earth, and sky.
The Tree of Life represents evolution, a shared origin, and the connection between the earthly and the divine. Fire (the Sun) gives energy to the tree, Water (Rain) gives life, Air (Wind) provides growth and movement, and Earth offers foundation and form. This memory keeper is a book for a lifetime. You can use it as a photo album to capture your most cherished memories or as a scrapbook for pasting memorabilia like concert tickets, museum passes, flyers, postcards, and travel notes. Beyond that, it’s a space to write, sketch, and create
Material: The album is made from recycled paper, which consists of 15% agro-industrial waste and about 40% post-consumer waste recycled fibers, with the remainder coming from responsibly managed FSC-certified forests. The covers are made from natural materials such as cotton, linen, wool, and rayon.
